"He who does not understand the silence will probable not understand your words"- Elbert Hubbard" – extracts from the book
Neel Mantri, a young detective takes up his first case along with a police officer Rachit Kamble. As he dwells deeper the case is all about a murder occured in 2021 and many events and story unfolds. Having a painful past with childhood trauma, the events unfolded shape up Neel Mantri. Will the duo solve this case? Or would the first case be the last for Neel?
There is an ancient saying that nothing happens without a reason. When the case gets unfolded step by step Neel confronts himself through his past. Self perception of his trauma changes step by step. Neel's charcater is neatly potrayed as the reader could easily engulf the emotion and chain of thoughts he goes through. Free flowing narration with elegant language. Seeing the title, readers could never guess that its is a thriller read.
Significance of Family bond and the pain of their loss are the key aspects. Thriller elements like the presence of R.D. Burman CD near the corpse, events in Calrence house along with date and timings and the bond between his friends are quite entertaining to read. Among the charcaters, I really admire Shiksha and her role in this story. Overall, an intruiging Psychology thriller.
