The book majorly decodes 20 main ingredients that helps us to analyze how to use them in our daily life. Moringa plant/tree used to grow in my ancient childhood home, but I was literally amazed of the benefits of moringa. Had i known it before, i would have ate the entire plant!!! Apart from all that, let's say food is actually a medicine, but there is a metric to have it. Book also covers aspects like how to consume, what's the right quantity, what disorder it actually works on, how to select foods for the body disease or disorder we have.

Are all green leafy vegetables be consumed by all? We know it is healthy. Do you know each varient of green leafy veggies have its own healing properties, think about it! Each food say a vegetable, contain a chemical compound. How the chemical compound converts in our body and provides its wellness is covered in the book. There are even some recipes my grandmother had suggested. It doesn't matter what wealth we inherit from elders, it is the knowledge that matters!
