Gsuite / Google Workspace – Too many failed attempts

I tried resetting the password from the Admin Console, but it did not work. I tried to recover my account, however when I enter my work email, I receive “Contact your domain admin for help”

Login into your Google Workspace Admin Console.

Go to Directory > Users

Click User > Reset Password > Automatically Generate Password > Reset

Resetting the password will not solve the issue. You have to click

Email Password > Enter your email id > Send

Open the email sent from Google for Password Reset. Click Reset Password will open a password reset page.

Enter new password & confirm new password.

Now you can start login into you Google Workspace account without any issue.
